Biography :
Mr. Ebenezer K works as an Assistant professor in the department of BBA at St. Joseph’s Evening College from 2018 . He acquired his B.COM and Master in Business Administration with Finance and HR Specialisation from Kristu Jayanti College (Autonomous). He cleared his KSET in 2017.He is also completed his Entrepreneurship course from Entrepreneurship Development Institute of India and HP. He is a ITIL certified professional in Service management. He is also the Outreach co-ordinator of the College. He is also worked has the outreach coordinator in BJES for 4+years. Apart from the above teaching experience, He is worked as an Assistant Youth Director for the Karnataka Jesuit Youth Works from April 2015 to August, 2018. He also comes with an immense corporate experience of more than 10 yrs. He is worked has a Training and Development Manager in Dominos India Pvt Ltd. He is worked has a Quality Manager at MNC - Arthur J Gallagher (A US risk Management Company), He is worked has a Project Manager/Critical Incident Manager at IBM. He was also an Entrepreneur who is experienced in running his own business of Event Management , printing and various Hotels. Mr.Ebenezer is also a life-skill and Soft Skill trainer .He is also part of the Red Network Training co and Ignitors Integral formation Programme. He has visited many corporates and more than 25 educational institutions across Karnataka and trained students on various life-skills and Soft Skills.

He is also a recipient of Best State Staff Animator - AICUF Karnataka award for the year 2019 by All India Catholic University Federation in Karnataka (AICUF- Karnataka).He was also awarded by Bangalore Traffic Police and Organisation for rare diseases for his contribution towards society.

He is also coordinator of MAGIS South Asia and MAGIS Karnataka organised Jesuit Youth Ministry of South Asia.
