I am fluent in Tamil, Kannada and English. I have done M.A., B.Ed in Tamil and Education from Pondicherry University. After completing my postgraduate study, I had an opportunity to work with the great India media DOORDARSHAN as a compere artist in Pondicherry before I switched over to teaching. Also I have worked with various departments of Doordarshan and All India Radio. On 3rd May 1995 I got married to Mr. T. Dominic Savio, who is a Science Graduate working as electronics engineer in Bangalore and shifted my habitat from Pondicherry to the Garden City of India. And my marriage life is blessed by the Lord and I have a daughter D. Ann Irene Shilpa and a son D.Alan Thomas Ivan. From 1995 to 2000 I stayed back at home to look after the little ones. At present, I work as a Tamil lecturer in Cathedral PU College, I also teach in St. Joseph’s Evening College, I am an active member in Bangalore Tamil Sangam and a casual artist in All India Radio and Doordarshan. My research towards Ph.D is in progress.
