The College has a class teacher system. Unlike in schools, the class teacher is not to control and punish but to encourage, develop and accompany students. They check on the absences of students, call them up when needed for a personal chat and guide them even in selecting a career in life. Personal care is the objective. In this College, every student is treated as a person and hence personal rapport with the staff and students is the hallmark of the Institution. The following are the mentors of the College.
