On 20th September 2019, guest lecture series named 'Polaris' was organized by ED cell of BBA department at SJEC. Venue for the evening was AV Room of SJEC Bangalore. The event began at 7:30pm with Prof Leo Gladwin addressing the gathering about Polaris and its significance of being launched for the first time in SJEC and having more sessions of these in future.

He later invited the first guest speaker Mr. Razi Abbas, who is the cofounder and CEO of first main and the Union. Being a young entrepreneur and having vast experience at this age, he inspired students with his eloquent talk on his entrepreneurial journey. After the first session, Dr Kanishka felicitated the speakers with a token of appreciation and welcomed the second guest speaker for the evening Dr Zakaria Abbas, Youth Philanthropist and International Health campaigner.
