- The 1st, 3rd and 5th semesters will commence in June
- The 2nd, 4th and 6th semesters will commence in
November
- A semester will be of 15 weeks for teaching, one
week for mid semester test and three weeks for end
semester examination.
- In total, a semester will be for 19 weeks.

Assessment will be based on the performance of the
candidate throughout the semester. Assessment of each
paper will be done as follows :
- Continuous Internal Assessment : 50%
- End Semester Examinations : 50%

- The time table for the ESE will be announced by the
Controller of Examinations
- The minimum attendance requirement to write ESE is
75% in each subject.
