Admission Procedure: A list of selected
candidates will be posted on the College notice board.
Selected candidates will present themselves punctually for
their interview with their parents or guardians with all
the original certificates listed below:
- PUC Marks Card.
- Transfer Certificate.
- Conduct Certificate.
- Employment Certificate on the letterhead of the
firm/company and Declaration Form.
- For students from non-Karnataka education system
eligibility certificate from their respective Boards.
- SC/ST students should produce a valid SC/ST
certificate in Form 1, recently issued.
- Catholic students should produce a letter from their
Parish Priest.
- Three stamp size photos and two passport size
photos.
- Required amount of College fees.
Failure to appear for the interview on the date and
time will entail cancelation of admission. The seat will
be offered to the students in the waiting list. All
admissions are subject to the approval by the Bangalore
University. Original certificates of the student admitted
will be retained by the College till the end of the
academic course to which the student has been admitted.
Eligibility:
II PUC certificate issued by the Board of
Pre-University Education, Govt. of Karnataka, or
equivalent from other authorized Boards such as CBSE/ICSE
recognized by the Bangalore University.
Medium of Instruction:
Teaching is conducted in English and students are
required to have working knowledge of English both spoken
and written. Students are permitted to write their
examinations in Kannada.
Class Timings: 5-15 p.m. to 9-00 p.m. from Monday to
Saturday.
How to Apply:
The Application form should be carefully filled up and
registered personally at the College Office. Registration
by post is not permitted. The last date of registration
will be notified on the College Notice Board. The
application should be made with the following enclosures:
- Certified or Photocopy of the PUC Marks card.
- Copy of employment certificate. This should be
genuine.
- Copy of Caste Certificate in Form I for SC/ST
students issued by Tahsildar or Social Welfare Officer.
OBC’s too should submit their certificates.
- For applicants from ICSE and CBSE etc., copy of
Eligibility certificate from the PUC Board, Karnataka.
Recommendations disqualify candidates for admission.
Fees:
The college does not collect any capitation fee. The
fee structure will be displayed on the notice board.
Selected candidates will pay their fees in 24 hours or
else the admission will be cancelled.
Discipline:
Attendance is compulsory. Students are expected to have
100% attendance. Students who cannot attend classes
regularly must not apply to the College.
Important Note: If you are not able to come to
college regularly by 5-15 p.m., kindly do not apply.
College Office Timings:
Monday to Friday 2-00 to 9-00 p.m.
Saturday 4-30 to 9-00 p.m.
Tea Break 4-00 to 4-30 p.m.
